Product Idea: Cleanup Pal For Kids

Picture a cute toy (perhaps a robot) that sings and dances to a clever kids-cleanup song. Parents and teachers could push "play" on the toy at the end of the day or play session and the toy would sing and dance to encourage the kids to clean up their toys/mess. This cleanup pal could have several different songs, all different lengths of time (2 mins, 5 mins, 7 mins) - for example.

Price for this cleanup pal gadget would need to be under $10 or $15 (I think). Parents would absolutely love this and it would make cleaning up fun for kids!

Beverage Idea: Virgin Vines

This could be a line of virgin wines for those that do not want the alcohol (pregnant women, underage drinkers, healthy eaters, etc). The beverages could be bottled to look like wine but instead of containing alcohol they contain healthy nutrients, etc. Each flavor could mimic the tastes of different wines as closely as possible (minus the alcohol)…. pinot noir, merlot, sauvignon blanc, etc. The line could be called "Virgin Vines." Cheers!

Product Idea: Divided Laundry Basket

There's laundry for Mom, Dad, big sister, little sister, etc… and everyone's laundry belongs in a different room. - BUT, then why are we putting it all in the same basket?? If there was a divided laundry basket, then each family member could have a different basket! Essentially each division would be a separate basket that clicks together to form one large basket. So when laundry is folded each family member's laundry would be placed in its own basket. These basket divisions could even be different colors (Mom is pink, Dad is blue, etc). The baskets could act as hampers too. I'd buy this for my house!

Product Idea: Hairdryer Hood For Kids

My little girl hates getting her hair dried. There might be a need for cute, kid-friendly hair dryer hoods. Picture a girly salon-like chair with a hood attached, a spot to hang bath robe… maybe a spot to put their cozy slippers, a manicure spot for hands, etc. Little girls could read books and feel like princesses while sitting under their easy to use hair dryers. The chairs could be adorable additions to their rooms or bathrooms.

App Idea: Kids Grocery List Game App

Kids can be a handful at the grocery store. How about an app that helps engage them in the shopping process? A way to help parents shop for the items that they need? For example: Mom could create a grocery shopping list on her smart phone and then that list runs through an app that converts the list into a picture list for little kids to help find the products. The picture list would use photos or cute illustrations of the products Mom is shopping for. The list could also be applied to a Bingo game for multiple children to play. This would help kids help mom shop! Other games and activities could be offered such as money saving games or searching for the ingredients to make tonight's spaghetti dinner… Kids would love it :)

Food Idea: Ice Cream Delivery

Ice cream delivery service. Why doesn't this idea exist? Our local Dairy Queen gets insanely long lines in the summertime and we never want to wait in the drive through line. Why can't ice cream be delivered like pizza??

Product Idea: Pain Rating Scale Teddy

This teddy (or any cute doll/stuffed animal really), would help children convey to parents and doctors how they are feeling when sick. The doll would be a 3-dimensional representation of the children's pain rating scale (Wong Baker Faces™) that shows smiley faces in different degrees of pain.

Teddy's face would have 6 different expressions for a child to select from when they are sick. The expressions would range from smiling and happy to crying and in pain. These 6 expressions could be on a turn-dial type of mechanism inside teddy's head (think slot machine type rotator where one expression could be selected while the other 5 are hidden inside teddy's head).

Teddy would sit with sick children till they are all better and help bridge the communication gap that there often is between parents/doctors when children are sick.

Teddy could come with additional cute/clever accessories such as: bandaids to place over boo boos, ice pack, heart, small toy-teddy for teddy, etc.

Store Idea: "Never A Gray Day" Clothing Line

Wear gray clothing and you'll no-doubt feel gray. How about a clothing line or store called "Never A Gray Day".  Absolutely NO gray or shades of gray (including black) would be sold within the line. Only vibrant, cheerful, bright colors would be sold instead.

Customers would be encouraged to sign the "Never A Gray Day" pledge… vowing to banish the dull, gloomy shades of gray that they are used to wearing. Seriously! It's hard to find colorful clothing these days!

The branding could be hilarious. Pictures of women wearing gray clothing with bad hair and bags under their eyes… right alongside women wearing color that look 10 years younger, cheerful and happy. The ladies wearing gray standing under a storm cloud. They ladies in color under sunshine and blue skies.

It's a great idea. You better snatch it up.

Product Idea: Dead Heads

"Dead Heads" would be funny little containers that you stake into the ground near flowers that need frequent "dead heading". They could also easily stake into potted plants, window boxes, etc. The containers could be kinda goofily gruesome looking (think skulls or pirate-like faces). They'd be sold at garden center gift shops.

Children's Movie Idea: Subbing For Santa

It's Christmas Eve and Santa comes down with the flu! Who does he call? Well... how about his good friends: The Easter Bunny and The Tooth Fairy! Santa's good friends quickly learn that nobody can replace Santa! They run into all kinds of mischief. The Easter Bunny eats all of the reindeer's carrots... The Tooth Fairy can barely even lift a candy cane... neither of them want to get dirty going down chimneys... the two are a hilarious team. And, what do all of the world's children think when they find NO presents under the tree on Christmas morning? Did Santa forget them? No - ultimately they find their presents hidden throughout their houses and under pillows as if they are Easter eggs and prizes for losing teeth! Imagine this clever, kids calamity come to life as a movie!
